Role Overview

As an

STMS (Practising)

, you'll lead traffic management crews to ensure roadwork and event sites run safely and efficiently.

You'll oversee on-site operations, liaise with contractors and stakeholders, and mentor team members across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily traffic management operations

Maintain site safety and compliance with national standards

Communicate effectively with contractors and stakeholders

Support, train, and motivate team members

Manage incident response and reporting
