We ensure long settling in periods to build trusting relationships with tamariki and whānau, and pride ourselves on making sure children are seen, heard, and listened to. Moments of stillness, discovery, and wonder are treasured, and kindness and connection shape every interaction.

You’ll become part of a collaborative community that values reflective practice, responsive caregiving, and teaching through play, inquiry, and relationships.

You will bring :

• NZ Teacher Registration and a recognised ECE or Primary teaching qualification
• A warm, respectful approach to children, families, and colleagues
• A passion for virtues-based, Reggio-inspired, and Pikler-informed practice
• A reflective mindset and commitment to ongoing learning.
