Paint Specialist Team Member – Fixed Term, Part-Time

Are you passionate about colour, creativity, and customer service?

We're looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Paint Specialists to join our successful and friendly team.

In this role, you'll bring your sales flair, product knowledge, and customer-first attitude to help both retail and trade customers achieve their decorating dreams.

Whether it's choosing the perfect shade or offering expert advice on paints, stains, oils, and accessories, you'll be the go-to person for transforming spaces with confidence.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in customer service and sales

Strong knowledge of paints and painting accessories

Experience with tinting or selling paint – a big advantage

A collaborative team player willing to work across departments

Someone who goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction

Friday and Saturday – 16 hours

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday – 32 hours

Sunday – 8 hours
