Be part of a movement, not just a school. Pacific Advance Secondary School (PASS) is Aotearoa’s only Pacific-for-Pacific secondary school. Our heartbeat is Pacific — powered by the values of alofa (love), fa’aaloalo (respect), fa’atuatua (faith), and tautua (service). We believe teaching from the soul ignites mafana — the warmth that unleashes brilliance in our students’ minds.
About the role :
We seek an innovative and culturally grounded mathematics and physics teacher who can connect complex concepts to the lived experiences of our Māori and Pacific learners. You’ll design learning that helps students see the beauty of logic, the wonder of science, and their own potential to shape the world. Your teaching will nurture curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking — grounded in relationships, belonging, and purpose.
You’ll join a whānau of educators who teach with heart, faith, and high expectations–where every lesson is a step toward restoring mana and building pathways of excellence for Pacific youth.
What we offer :
“The magic of mafana unleashes the brilliance of our students’ minds.”
