Job descriptionExcellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working under pressure. We currently have a vacancy in our busy law firm for an Administrator. While our preference is to employ someone full time we are prepared to offer the successful applicant some flexibility around work days and hours.
The tasks required include;
- Covering Reception and a variety of general office administration tasks including managing the filing of our Deeds and Wills
- Assisting our Lawyers, Legal Executives and Legal Secretaries with file administration and word processing
- Assisting with our Trust Account Administration
- Assisting with our Anti Money Laundering Obligations and Compliance.
