Despatch Team Member - Mt Wellington

As a Despatch Team Member , you’ll be the trusted expert our building trade customers rely on to get their orders delivered accurately and on time. Working in our busy despatch, yard, and drive-thru areas, you’ll take ownership of preparing loads, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring everything is strapped, wrapped, and ready for transport. You’ll also provide hands‑on support and assistance for our customers on site, creating an experience that keeps them coming back.

• Picking and preparing products for delivery and collection
• Checking orders for accuracy and securing loads for transport
• Coordinating trucks and planning delivery logistics
• Verifying orders against documentation and correcting any errors
• Monitor inventory levels, complete cycle counts and stock replenishment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised yard through general housekeeping
• Operate a Forklift

This is a permanent full‑time role at our Mt Wellington branch offering 40 hours per week including one weekend day.

To succeed in this role, you’ll be someone who’s friendly, dependable, and physically fit. You’ll be ready to jump in whenever needed and always put customers at the heart of everything you do whether you're preparing and coordinating deliveries or lending a hand in the yard.
