Role Description

This is a part‑time, on‑site role located in Auckland. The role involves assisting with day‑to‑day store operations, providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring the store is visually appealing. The candidate will work closely with the store team to meet sales targets, handle customer inquiries, and support promotional activities.

• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Team collaboration and Communication skills
• Inventory Management and Visual Merchandising skills
• Basic Computer Skills and POS system familiarity
• Experience in retail or activewear industry is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
