About the Role
This is a varied position that combines office administration, job scheduling, and customer service.
You'll be the go-to person who ensures everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Job Scheduling : Coordinate day-to-day work for technicians and manage workflow using our job system.
Reception & Customer Service : Be the first point of contact for clients — answering calls and emails with a friendly, professional manner.
Stock Control : Monitor and order stock as required.
Health & Safety : Keep our documentation and compliance records up to date.
Basic Accounts Support : Assist with invoicing, data entry, and general admin tasks.
(Knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software will be an advantage.)
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you're organised, adaptable, and enjoy variety in your day.
We're looking for someone who has :
Previous experience in an office, workshop, or service coordination role.
A proactive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CRM or job scheduling systems.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Experience using Xero (or similar) is a definite plus.
