You will be a key contributor in supporting the delivery of operational, analytical and administrative tasks for the Cloud team.This role requires an exceptional level of customer service to deliver the following : Reseller enablement and concierge servicesInternal and external administration and communication of programs and updatesAssist with application enhancement and User Acceptance Testing and stakeholder communicationCloud license renewal and contract renewal management as required by each Vendors Cloud ServiceThis is a varied role with many tasks that change day to day, you will need to be adaptable to change, highly organised and have strong interpersonal skills.Knowledge and Experience : MS Office- advanced level with ExcelUnderstanding of CRM management toolsExperience in either in an operations or product management roleExperience in channel engagement is an advantageGood administrative skills with attention to detail and follow-upAbility to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive information appropriatelyWorking independently and under minimal supervisionProactive in seeking resources and information where requiredJoin a certified great place to work.
