Dynamite Recruitment are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join our client, a growing business in Christchurch. This hands‑on role will oversee financial management, reporting, and forecasting, supporting the Managing Director during a period of expansion and multiple acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare management accounts and cash flow forecasts
- Support acquisition integration and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with UK accounting and tax requirements
- Maintain and improve financial systems and controls
