Responsibilities

Work closely with the centre manager to help guide the day-to-day running of the centre

Mentor kaiako and uphold the high standards of care and education we're proud of

What we're looking for

Leads by example and builds strong, respectful relationships

Has solid curriculum knowledge aligned with Te Whariki

Understands programme planning, assessment, and pedagogy

Knows their way around ECE regulations and values compliance

Communicates clearly, organises well, and thrives in a team

Has a passion for mentoring and empowering others

Role requirements

BEd / Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE)

Full or provisional teacher certification

Leadership experience in an early childhood setting

Genuine passion for tamariki, whanau, and your team
