We’re seeking an energetic kaiako who is a collaborative team player and :

• Champions culturally responsive, inclusive practice and is committed to honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi in everyday teaching and learning.
• Creates hands‑on , place‑based experiences that connect tamariki to te taiao and our local environment.
• Brings creativity, innovation, and passion to inspire curiosity and confidence.
• Has strengths in structured literacy and can deliver high‑quality reading and writing programmes.
• Uses formative assessment strategies to empower learners and accelerate progress.
• Is flexible and adaptable , thriving in the dynamic environment of a small rural school.
