• About the role
• As a Trade Counter Assistant, you will perform a wide variety of jobs day to day including delivering products to our essential service customers, picking & packing orders and providing exceptional service when serving our customers on the trade counter. So no two days are the same!
• Please note this is a perm Part-Time position offering 20 contracted hours per week. Likely working roster will be Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm each day.
• Your day to day
• Handling over-the-counter retail trade sales and customer quotes
• Undertaking pick packing, warehousing, and stock control activities
• Stock replenishment and stocktake cycle counters
• About you
• Previous customer service experience
• Proficient computer and system skills
• A team player, with exceptional safety awareness
• Clean full driver’s license and forklift licence (ideal, but not essential)
