Location : Queenstown
Salary : Up to $3,000 Basic + Variable bonus
Working Hours :
Mon – Fri : Office Hours
1 Sat per month : Half Day (9 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM)
Job Responsibilities
Handle motor & general insurance administration, including quotations, renewals, and policy issuance
Liaise with insurers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing
Update records and transactions accurately in the system
Manage customer inquiries (email / phone) with high service standards
Ensure compliance with industry documentation and company policies
Support insurance sales and ad-hoc administrative duties
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' Level
Must hold General Insurance Certifications (BCP, PGI, ComGI)
At least 2 years of relevant insurance-related experience
