We are looking for a proactive and experienced administrator to support our clients busy Tauriko site. This role is vital in keeping their operations running smoothly – assisting in all areas of administration, scheduling, and data entry to supporting their team on the ground.
The Site Administrator will be managing the weighbridge system, ensuring accurate weighing of incoming and outgoing trucks, liaising with truck drivers and handling all related administration. Steel cap boots and a hi-vis vest are required.

This is a temporary position, which could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate. There will be a training period of 2-3 weeks, starting at 7 : 30am and finishing at 4 : 30pm. Once the training is completed the hours will be 6am to 2 : 30pm.
Previous experience in Setmore, weighbridge systems would be advantageous, however is not essential.
