Senior School Teacher Aide (ELL)
Diocesan School for Girls
We are looking for a dedicated Senior School Teacher Aide to support bilingual students across the curriculum. This fixed‑term role is 20 hours per week, School Term Only, starting in Term 1, 2026. Working hours 8 : 30 am‑3 : 30 pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to negotiate final hours and days.
Responsibilities
- Support and guide students with learning differences in literacy and other subjects.
- Interpret assessment materials and teaching resources to enhance academic outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
- Manage classroom tasks efficiently, demonstrating strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Exercise professional judgement, diplomacy, and confidentiality in all interactions.
