This is a designated senior nurse position.We are a 40-bed inpatient ward consisting of an Acute Stroke service, Rehabilitation and Specialist Health Services for Older People (SHSOP).

Our service provides specialist health services for adults who are rehabilitating for a variety of reasons.The Clinical Nurse Coordinator works collaboratively and alongside each of the specialist team members to support daily ward activity.About the Team / Service / LocationOur team in Te Poutama Arawhiti includes an 8-bed Acute Stroke Unit and a 31-bed ward offering rehabilitation and specialised health services for older people.

We work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment, striving to provide the highest quality rehabilitation services and maximising each patient's functional recovery.
