Catering Assistant - Aged Care, Matamata.

This is a part-time role of 12 hours per week, flexible across a 7 day roster.

We are looking for a passionate kitchen staff member who can showcase culinary skills and provide exceptional service to the 25 residents plus Meals on Wheels recipients at our facility in Matamata.

Responsibilities

Be friendly and engaging and enjoy making the day of residents by serving amazing meals.

Work safely in a commercial kitchen with large hot pots and trays.

Support the team in meal preparation and service as required.

Requirements / Qualifications

Have an understanding of dietary requirements, allergies, and food control regulations.

Be an exceptional team player with a flexible and committed attitude.

Have good time management skills.

Kitchen experience is preferred, however not essential as training will be provided to someone who possesses the right attitude and motivation.
