This role is focused on driving growth and performance marketing for a consumer packaged goods (CPG) brand in the beverage sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling early-stage CPG companies, with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, consumer behavior, and brand positioning. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that accelerate market presence and customer acquisition for a protein soda product. This is a remote opportunity with the potential for ongoing collaboration based on project success.

Deliverables

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies tailored to the CPG beverage market
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (paid social, search, influencer, and affiliate)
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
  • Collaborate on brand messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans
  • Design and execute A / B tests to improve conversion rates and customer engagement
  • Report on key performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for scaling
  • Identify and leverage emerging marketing technologies and platforms relevant to CPG

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth and performance marketing, specifically within the CPG sector
  • Demonstrated success in taking CPG brands from early-stage to established market presence
  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools
  • Experience with influencer and affiliate marketing in the consumer goods space
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Creative problem‑solver with a results‑driven mindset
  • Availability for ongoing collaboration if project goals are met
