Job Description :

Operations Managers plan, organize, direct, control, and coordinate the operations of anorganization or business unit to ensure efficient and effective achievement of objectives and compliance with policies and regulations.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :

Overseeing the daily operations of the company or department to ensure productivityand efficiency.

Developing, implementing, and monitoring operational policies and procedures.

Managing budgets, financial plans, and resource allocation to meet businessobjectives.

Coordinating and liaising with other departments (such as HR, finance, marketing,and logistics) to streamline processes.

Monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, andimplementing corrective actions.

Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and health andsafety regulations.

Managing staff performance, recruitment, and training to maintain a competent workforce.

Preparing operational reports for management and stakeholders.

Contributing to strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives.

Overseeing procurement, supply chain, and inventory management as required.

Job requirement : applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in business management, operations, ora related field is usually required.

At least 5 years of relevant management experience may substitute for formal

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Analytical and problem-solving ability.

Knowledge of business management principles and operational best practices.

Financial and budget management expertise.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
