As a Plant Operator in our RO & UHT department, you'll be responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of our Reverse Osmosis and Ultra-High Temperature (UHT) processing systems.
You'll ensure product specifications are met, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain high standards of hygiene and traceability.
You'll report directly to the Team Leader and work closely with the Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
This is a hands-on, shift-based role where your technical skills and attention to detail will be key to keeping our plant running smoothly.
A bit about you
You are someone with several years' experience in dairy processing, ideally with exposure to RO and UHT systems.
You've proven your ability to operate automated equipment, solve problems on the go, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
You're a team player who communicates well, takes pride in your work, and is always looking for ways to improve.
You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of food safety systems like FSSC, GMP, and HACCP.
