People & Performance Coordinator

The Opportunity

Following a well-earned promotion within our people systems team, we are seeking a People & Performance Coordinator to join the Laminex team at our Penrose office. You’ll be the glue keeping our people experience running smoothly while gaining broad exposure across all things people related.

In This Role You Will

• Create employment agreements and maintain accurate employee records.
• Provide first-line support for leave and payroll queries.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction to deliver a standout new-starter experience.
• Coach managers and employees on our people systems and processes.
• Schedule and coordinate training and development activities.
• Support diversity & inclusion initiatives, company events, and internal comms.
• Continuously streamline and improve our people processes so you can focus on the high-impact, fun stuff.
• Alongside BAU activities, you’ll have the chance to step into project work as needs arise including systems enhancements, DEI initiatives etc.

About You

You might have 12–18 months in a coordinator role, or a solid HR admin foundation and a hunger to grow. Most importantly, you’re service-minded and love making a difference for people.
