As a Regional Recruitment Support Officer (Conversion focused), you’ll play an essential role in supporting international recruitment and admissions activities with the focus of conversion across multiple markets. Working closely with regional teams, you’ll help ensure a smooth and professional experience for prospective students, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Providing administrative and operational support across the international admissions and recruitment process to drive the conversion of student recruitment

Coordinating applications, offers, and enrolment-related tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Supporting marketing and recruitment events, both virtual and in-person

Maintaining and updating student data and reports using systems such as Microsoft Office and Dynamics

Liaising with regional offices, education agents, and internal departments to support recruitment and conversion goals

Assisting in the implementation of new initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency and student experience

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of overseas education admissions processes
• High-level communication skills in English (IELTS 7 or equivalent); proficiency in a second foreign language is an advantage
• A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
• A collaborative, team-focused approach with proven ability to build effective relationships
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities
• A flexible and proactive attitude, including willingness to work evenings and weekends to support key events
• Innovative thinking, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and confidence working in a multicultural administrative environment
