As a Regional Recruitment Support Officer (Conversion focused), you’ll play an essential role in supporting international recruitment and admissions activities with the focus of conversion across multiple markets. Working closely with regional teams, you’ll help ensure a smooth and professional experience for prospective students, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Providing administrative and operational support across the international admissions and recruitment process to drive the conversion of student recruitment
Coordinating applications, offers, and enrolment-related tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Supporting marketing and recruitment events, both virtual and in-person
Maintaining and updating student data and reports using systems such as Microsoft Office and Dynamics
Liaising with regional offices, education agents, and internal departments to support recruitment and conversion goals
Assisting in the implementation of new initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency and student experience
