Our Fresh Foods Manager plays a vital role in ensuring our customers have access to a premium range of products, is a team player and “will roll their sleeves up, to get the job completed”.
We are a very busy store with a lot going on. The Fresh Foods Manager is responsible for making daily decisions regarding the preparation of products, assigning daily tasks to the team, ensuring production is achieved to a high standard every day. Upskilling and training new and existing staff, ordering, stock management and leading by example.
