As we continue this growth journey, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join the team focusing on Member Benefit Engagement.

What You\'ll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

As Marketing Specialist, Member Benefit Engagement you’ll focus on executing a Member communications programme aimed at increasing awareness, engagement and utilisation of the over 45 ways to save by being an AA Member. This role is hands-on in campaign delivery, with a strong emphasis on direct-to-Member activity across the Member lifecycle. Using data and customer insights to optimise performance, manage and contribute to the development of campaign assets and creative, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective, targeted Member-first lifecycle communications. You’ll also play a key role in shaping our Member Benefit Engagement strategy by contributing ideas, insights, and creative thinking. The role also includes budget management, reporting, and analysis of market trends.

About You | Mōu

You’re a performance-focused direct marketing professional, experienced in managing multi-channel campaigns and leveraging lifecycle communications to drive Member engagement. You use data and insights to drive effective decision-making. You bring fresh ideas to the table, are confident executing multi-channel campaigns, and enjoy contributing to strategy and innovation. You\'ll have experience in lifecycle communications that drive engagement, have strong communication and presentation skills, be highly organised, and excel at building relationships across teams. A background in marketing with relevant qualifications and experience within the New Zealand business environment is essential. You\'ll be self-motivated, adaptable, and focused on delivering measurable results, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced setting while collaborating closely with others to achieve business goals.
