Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Finance to lead the finance function and team. In this pivotal role, you will drive business strategy by delivering expert financial insights, accurate costing, margin and variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. All aimed at driving continuous improvement and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor the finance team, ensuring continuous learning and performance improvement
• Own and manage the end-to-end finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making across the business
• Drive cost analysis and cost allocation processes to identify opportunities for improved operational efficiency and margin enhancement
• Partner with the Executive Team to shape long‑term financial strategy and deliver on business objectives
• Oversee cash flow, capital management, and investment planning
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and financial reporting standards
• Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and controls
