The In-Process Quality Control Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring that all manufacturing activities meet both company and regulatory quality standards. This position offers valuable hands‑on experience in food manufacturing and quality assurance operations, contributing directly to the continuous improvement of product quality, consistency, and food safety.
Main Tasks
Routine in process quality check, verify all process parameters meet the established specification, identify any non-conformances and report deviations.
Collect and review production and quality control documents from production team. Ensure traceability and compliance with company documentation procedures.
Conduct routine hygiene inspections and environmental checks, monitor cleaning and sanitation effectiveness.
Support trouble shooting food safety and quality issues as they arise. Communicate effectively with production, warehouse, and QA teams to maintain smooth operations.
Provide support in quality projects such as process validation, product shelf‑life studies, or calibration checks. Assist where needed around the plant in alignment with safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry or similar background
Previous experiences in a similar role is preferred
Strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and a proactive sense of ownership in all assigned tasks
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
