Oversee full-spectrum monthly payroll processing, including salary computation, variable components (commissions, incentives), overtime, time & attendance, benefits, and claims.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements and payroll journals for finance reporting.
Handle submission of payroll-related government claims such as NS Make-Up Pay and government-paid leave schemes.
Process IR21 tax clearance for foreign employees and manage annual income reporting to the local tax authorities.
Generate payroll analytics and reports to support compensation reviews and decision-making.
Manage statutory compliance, ensuring accurate and timely submissions for CPF, taxes, and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain proper payroll documentation in line with internal audit standards.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and labour regulations across all payroll and salary practices.
Administer and manage time & attendance systems, including roster mapping, shift configurations, and work calendars.
Serve as the primary HR systems administrator and Person-in-Charge (PIC) for leave administration.
Oversee all employee insurance matters, including renewals, claims, and coverage updates.
Manage employee benefits programmes such as corporate perks, insurance benefits, and birthday reward schemes.
Perform any other duties or ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Qualifications / Skills Required
Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years’ hands‑on payroll experience.
Experience with Prosoft HR system is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of the Employment Act and relevant local labour legislation.
Highly organised, meticulous, and able to work well within a team.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
