You'll manage relationships with key stakeholders and implement strategic plans to maximise business opportunities.Key Responsibilities : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders.Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence.Oversee quoting, invoicing, and sales forecasting to ensure profitability.Stay updated on product innovations, industry trends, and competitor activity.Collaborate across departments to optimise efficiency and service.What We're Looking For : Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the architectural hardware sector.Strong knowledge of architectural hardware, locks, and access hardware is essential.Strong sales and negotiating skills with the ability to influence and close.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.A strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering high-quality service.What's in It for You?
