Creative problem‑solving abilities and a data‑driven mindset. Familiarity with healthcare advertising compliance and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced startup environment. Willingness to grow into a leadership role as the company scales.

Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and present actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and landing pages.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising standards and regulations.
- Contribute to overall marketing strategy, including organic and social media initiatives.
- Support the transition to a leadership role as the brand expands.
