Responsibilities
Manage and maintain process flow for an assigned workstream.
Collaborate closely with your Team Leader and "swarm" to ensure efficiency.
Ensure uninterrupted process completion and strict adherence to established guidelines.
Execute operations & lead team : follow routines for accurate, on-time process completion and lead your "swarm" to ensure work is done correctly.
Manage workforce & development : assist with optimized scheduling, oversee multi-skilling, recruitment, succession planning, and lead onboarding and training.
Champion safety & compliance : promote a safe and healthy environment by following protocols, reporting hazards, and monitoring compliance procedures.
Resolve issues proactively : timely escale process-related issues to your Function Lead for quick resolution.
Contribute to store leadership : act as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and foster team collaboration through "Better Together" connections.
