About the Role

Picking and packing orders accurately, efficiently and safely for our online customers.

Communicating with other departments regarding out-of-stocks, substitutions and other enquiries related to online customer enquiries.

Demonstrating a positive attitude towards Health and Safety for yourself and those around you.

About You

Understands good customer service.

Helps us make customer-first decisions aligned to our processes and systems.

Works well within our team and communicates effectively.

Is willing to work on your feet for the duration of your shift.

Exhibits a friendly smile and welcoming attitude.
