Sales Consultant – Residential Homes

We're looking for an Experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in Rolleston.

You'll be the face of Freedom Built for many of our clients - from first-home buyers through to investors and downsizers.

This role is all about building relationships, understanding needs, and guiding clients through the sales process with care.This is a full-time role that includes weekend work.

You'll be working closely with our clients, internal team, and industry partners to deliver results, all while living our values of integrity, teamwork, and looking out for each other.What You'll Be DoingAnswering enquiries and meeting with clientsHosting viewings, open homes, and manning show homesGuiding clients through the sales, design, and build processCreating and managing sale and purchase agreementsHelping clients choose colour schemes and specifications for their homeLiaising with architects, consultants, and the internal teamListing and creating ads for propertiesFollowing clients right through from first contact to keys in handWhat You'll NeedKnowledge and understanding of the design and build processWeekend availabilityStrong communication skills, adaptable across a range of clientsA team-first attitude, supporting both clients and colleaguesWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
