What you'll do :

As our Continuous Improvement Lead in Finance, you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence and innovation across all Finance functions. Acting as both strategist and catalyst, you'll identify, design, and implement improvements that enhance capability, efficiency, and value delivery.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Finance — embedding new ways of working, leading transformation initiatives, and building a culture that champions continuous improvement and learning.

In this role, you will :

• Lead the design and delivery of Finance's continuous improvement programme
• Drive process innovation across Finance, using data, automation, and analytics to improve performance and decision-making.
• Champion change management and training programmes to embed new tools, processes, and behaviours.
• Manage end-to-end transformation projects across Finance and the wider business, ensuring alignment with Gen35 and Powered Finance objectives.
• Develop and lead capability and training programmes that promote learning, collaboration, and innovation.

This is a 9-month, fixed-term opportunity that can be based out of our Auckland or Hamilton office. If you are someone who's not afraid to challenge the status quo—someone who asks bold questions, seeks better ways of working then we would love to hear from you.
