Assurance Manager – Health, Safety & Wellbeing
Silver Fern Farms Ltd is seeking an experienced Assurance Manager to oversee assurance, audit and governance functions across our multi‑site operations.
About the Role
Reporting to the Group Health Safety Wellbeing Manager, this senior position is responsible for maintaining the Ora HSW Standards, coordinating audits, evaluating performance, and providing data‑driven insights to senior leaders and the Board. The role balances strategic oversight with hands‑on engagement, including regular site visits (approximately every 3‑4 weeks) to support continuous improvement.

About You
You bring proven experience in assurance, auditing or governance within a complex, multi‑site or highly regulated environment. Pragmatic, analytical and confident translating frameworks and data into practical outcomes, you navigate complexity, challenge constructively, and build trust across all levels of the organisation.
