The Role
Dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead growth and engagement across both Trail and Kiwi Adviser Network. Build trusted relationships, showcase our technology and network, convert opportunities into long‑term partnerships, and report to the National Sales Manager.
What you will do
- Run qualified prospects through engaging product demonstrations via video and in‑person meetings.
- Follow up proactively and nurture relationships from first contact through to commitment.
- Identify and qualify new prospects through inbound leads, referrals, and smart outreach.
- Generate new business through referral calls to existing customers and targeted lead sourcing.
- Represent both brands at industry events, strengthening our presence and community.
- Keep CRM records in Pipedrive accurate and complete, including clear notes for onboarding and future engagement.
