• Monday & Tuesday 5:00 - 10:30pm

This exciting and dynamic role is a perfect fit for someone who understands the value of exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Team Member youll be stationed at our in-store service desk where youll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service possible.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries and providing advice to processing returns exchanges refunds and transfers. Youll also support our Loss Prevention team by assisting with security measures and ensuring the safety of our store. Also youll be able to help supervise and support the Checkout area as needed making sure that all transactions run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in retail hospitality or a customer facing role
• A positive can-do attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to undertake heavy lifting climbing ladders and being on your feet for long periods
