Job Description

You’ll be connected to the local music community. We require musicians who would love a career with the leaders in music industry in the retail space.

The right applicant will have demonstrated playing proficiency in at least one musical instrument, knowledge of brands, a passion for product and desire to contribute in the music industry by sharing knowledge and experience. Performance, recording or teaching of music would be a definite advantage

This role is a 1 day a week Friday shift, with the option to pick up additional casual shifts in the Auckland Drum Shop, and across Auckland as desired.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Must be passionate about music, musical performance and / or production
• Proficiency in drums / percussion instruments
• Excellent written and oral English skills
• Able to work effectively in a high volume work environment
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Deal well with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds
• Self-motivated and organised with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Must be able to work on weekends(at least one day)
