Tokomairiro High School is seeking a committed and capable teacher to join our staff in 2026. We are looking for someone who can teach to NCEA Level 3 in at least one senior science subject : biology, chemistry or physics. The ability to also teach senior physical education or mathematics would be an advantage.

This role would suit someone who enjoys the variety and connection that comes with teaching in a smaller school. Our size means you get to know your classes well and you can make a genuine difference to the learning and wellbeing of our ākonga. We value teamwork, professionalism and a calm, respectful approach that puts students at the centre.

Applicants must hold a current New Zealand teaching registration.
