Senior Project Manager – Debt Management System

6-month contract | Wellington | ASAP start | Full-time

Lead a major system implementation that will transform how a large public sector organisation manages debt and financial recoveries. This hands‑on delivery role requires strong leadership, coordination, and communication across a complex and dynamic environment.

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of a new debt management system. You’ll manage multiple workstreams, align stakeholders, and ensure successful outcomes are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Proven experience leading large-scale ERP or accounting / debt management system implementations within complex organisations

Collaborative, positive, and able to bring teams together to maintain focus under pressure
