About the opportunity : We are inviting applications for an Advertising specialist to provide vital support to the development of the company. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilites :

• Plan, develop, and manage advertising strategies and campaigns to support student recruitment targets, and increase visibility in key international markets, with a focus on social media advertising campaigns across platform such as Wechat, Xiaohongshu and Tiktok.
• Coordinate and create engaging content tailored to international student audiences, including short-form videos, reels, graphics, carousels, testimonials, and captions in line with campaign objectives and brand tone.
• Develop campaign strategies that align with student recruitment goals, seasonal trends (e.g. application deadlines, scholarship promotions), and geographic markets.
• Collaborate with creative teams and content partners to produce high-quality advertising contents, managing timelines, briefs, and revisions.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting creatives and targeting based on engagement metrics, click-through rates, cost-per-lead, and conversion tracking.
• Advise management regarding advertising performance and strategy adjustment needed.
• Maintain and update company website from time to time.

Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree or above .

2. Fluency in English is required; fluency in Chinese is preferred but not essential.

3. Relevant work experience preferred .

4 . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Proficiency in video editing software and social media platform.
