About Our Role

• Palmerston Manor Lifecare, located in Beautiful Palmerston North
• Permanent full-time (32 hours or more per week)
• AM shifts

We have a fantastic opportunity for a detail-orientated and personable multitasking Administrator with a passion for caring for others, to make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents. You will have a positive compassionate attitude, the ability to make others smile, and be great at working with people. You will play a pivotal role in warmly welcoming and supportive atmosphere to visitors, residents, and staff. You will be answering phone queries, welcoming and supporting visitors, and completing general administration tasks.

As the Administrator you will be a critical member of the care home management team and will support this team with a wide range of duties, including greeting loved ones, answering phone calls, processing new residents' paperwork and supporting with recruitment of staff. This is a truly rewarding opportunity that brings a difference into the lives of others. Work together in a team to provide a safe, caring and supportive environment for our residents.
