We're on the lookout for a Retail Team Leader, a motivated, customer-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and knows how to bring out the best in their team.

This is a hands-on role on the shop floor focused on supporting and developing your team, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service every time, and maintaining high merchandising standards.

What we're looking for :

A positive, can-do attitude and proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate others

Have initiative and be solution-driven and customer-focused to deliver market-leading customer service.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in a retail environment

Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills

High level of fitness, as you'll be on your feet and involved in manual handling throughout the day
