We also have sites in Queenstown, Hamilton, and Adelaide, with which you will become familiar.

This Reservations Agent role is fixed term full time for 1 year, covering maternity leave.

This is a great opportunity for someone with hotel or travel reservations experience to join our fast-paced, evolving team.

As a member of the Reservations team, you'll handle reservations for our 4.5 and 5-star hotels, restaurant bookings, and general queries about SkyCity NZ and Adelaide.

The Reservations team operates on a 24 / 7 rostered basis, so flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, is required.

Strong customer service ethic and first-class telephone manner.

Previous experience in a hotel / reservations or sales environment is essential; knowledge of OPERA PMS system is required.

Excellent communication skills, teamwork, enthusiasm, and energy are important.

Flexibility to work on a 24 / 7 rostered basis.
