Store Manager

At Postie, we're searching for a Store Manager to lead our Whanganui store in North Island.

This is your chance to coach a dynamic team, connect with customers, and drive results in a retail environment that's all about comfort, style, and affordability for Kiwi whanau.Working 40 hours per week, you'll inspire your team to deliver top-notch customer experiences while excelling in the operational side of the business.Lead and coach your team to engage with customers and drive sales.Manage the operational needs of the store, including rostering, reading reports, and maintaining administrative efficiency.Conduct performance discussions with team members, ensuring everyone's on track and thriving.Achieve sales targets and grow your store's performance.We're looking for a dedicated leader who's driven to achieve results and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.

Here's what you'll bring to the role : Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment (preferably apparel).
