This role works closely with the Team Manager and Senior Medical Officers to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality care for tangata whaiora and their whaanau.You will be responsible for supporting workforce development, mentoring and supervising clinicians, overseeing caseloads, and driving continuous service improvement.
This is a dynamic role that balances clinical practice with leadership, planning, and coordination, all while fostering an environment that prioritises equity, cultural safety, and recovery-focused care.
