Assistant Manager, Ambulatory Operations Location : Queenstown Salary : Up to $5,000

Support the planning and implementation of new care models and clinical services

Oversee and improve daily operations in inpatient & outpatient settings

Handle project management, workflow, budgeting, data analysis, procurement, and admin tasks

Collaborate with Clinical HOD(s) and key stakeholders to align with hospital goals

Drive service quality, teamwork, and patient satisfaction initiatives

Monitor performance standards and support continuous improvement projects

Requirements : Min.

Bachelor's Degree in hospital admin or related field

Min. 3 years of experience in healthcare or service industry

Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills

Independent, proactive, and adaptable to challenges

Proficient in MS Office and SAP
