Residential Site / Project Manager – 6‑month contract with immediate start

Beyond Recruitment – Auckland, North Island

$120,000 - $130,000 a year, full time, with vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Management of the construction programme, project delivery, and client follow up
• Monitoring of all processes to ensure the highest quality of work
• Subcontractor management and ordering of materials
• Drive a project and manage people effectively
• Monitoring budgets, contracts and schedules for successful delivery of projects
• QA management
