Join IAG as a Data Analyst in our Security Education & Awareness team and help shape how we protect our people and customers.

In this role, you'll transform security behaviour data into actionable insights, design intuitive dashboards, and support education initiatives that reduce risk across the organisation.

This is a 12-month max-term full-time role based in Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland).

What You'll Do

Design and maintain dashboards using Tableau to visualise security engagement trends (e.g. phishing simulations, secure coding training).

Analyse role-based training data to improve targeting and relevance of compliance modules.

Support awareness campaigns with data tracking, reporting, and planning.

Manage and clean data sources from internal systems, APIs, and third-party platforms.

Identify trends and provide insights that inform risk assessments and strategic decisions.

What You'll Bring

2–3 years' experience in a data analytics role, ideally in a corporate or security-focused environment.

Proficiency in SQL, EDH, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.

Python or R experience is a plus.

Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.

A curious mindset and a desire to continuously learn.
