We’re scaling fast across New Zealand and Australia, and we’re looking for a proven Head of Sales ANZ to lead our high-performing inbound and outbound team (8 reps across NZ & AU) and elevate our growth engine to its next stage.

What You’ll Be Doing
Strategy & Leadership
- Build and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to hit ambitious monthly and annual MRR targets.
- Rapidly understand MyHR’s product, ICPs, and value prop — then translate them into sharp, repeatable sales motions.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a blended inbound + outbound team across two markets.
- Work closely with MyHR’s experienced leadership team and the Country Manager AU to align GTM strategy, refine commercial priorities, and drive coordinated market execution.
- Shape and evolve our channel and partner strategy across ANZ.
Pipeline & Performance
Own the full funnel : pipeline structure, quota setting, forecasting, planning, and KPI tracking.Maintain pipeline visibility and ensure strong deal velocity and qualification.Define and refine outbound processes, sales playbooks, and team onboarding systems.Establish inbound lead requirements and collaborate closely with Marketing to drive demand and campaign alignment.Execution
Personally engage on major deals, key accounts, and enterprise opportunities.Support recruiting, hiring, coaching, and performance management for the sales team.Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer teams to create a tight, consistent GTM rhythm.Monitor market and competitor activity to maintain commercial advantage.Revenue Ownership
Manage sales budget, compensation, commissions, and incentive programs.Align sales structure, performance frameworks, and quotas to company targets.Drive both new business acquisition and retention-supporting motions across the lifecycle.#J-18808-Ljbffr
